2. General information
We process personal data only where necessary to provide our website, communicate with prospective guests and visitors, arrange and fulfil bookings, or comply with legal obligations. Personal data is information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the site, technically necessary data may be processed, including your IP address, time of request, requested file, browser, operating system, referring page and technical status information. Processing is necessary for the secure, stable operation of the site. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website). Retention depends on the actual IONOS hosting configuration and must be checked before publication. Where IONOS processes personal data on our behalf, the relevant data-processing arrangements apply.
4. IONOS WebAnalytics
Depending on the hosting configuration, IONOS WebAnalytics may be enabled. According to IONOS, this audience measurement uses no cookies and anonymises IP addresses. Technical usage information such as page views, access times, browsers and referring pages may be evaluated statistically. Where personal data is processed, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Before publication we will verify whether this feature is active and whether actual operation differs from this description. No other marketing tracking is currently planned.
5. Contact by email and telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details and message you provide in order to respond. For enquiries related to a contract or its preparation, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when no longer necessary unless statutory retention requirements apply. Unencrypted email may involve security risks.
6. Bookings through AllgäuFEWO24
Rentals are organised by the agency AllgäuFEWO24, Stefano Farina, Füssener Straße 1, 87484 Nesselwang, email nesselwang@allgaeu-ferienwohnungen.de. An external link currently leads to https://www.allgaeu-ferienwohnungen.de/unterkunft/hof-434 . Only when you follow that link do you leave our website. Processing on the booking platform is governed by its operator’s privacy notice: https://www.allgaeu-ferienwohnungen.de/datenschutz . During a booking, names, addresses, contact information, travel dates, guest numbers, booking details and, where applicable, payment data may be processed. If we receive such information as landlords, we process it for contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or compliance with legal duties (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Our availability calendar retrieves occupancy information on the server side; your browser does not directly contact the agency to load the calendar. The calendar is non-binding. A booking iframe is not currently embedded.
7. Cookies and external content
The website is designed as a largely static site with locally stored images and fonts. We do not use our own advertising or tracking cookies. Linked external websites process data under their own privacy notices. No booking iframe, external maps or embedded videos are currently included. If such services are added, we will update this notice and obtain prior consent where required.
8. Recipients and disclosure
Recipients may include our hosting provider IONOS and, for bookings, the appointed agency and other service providers or public authorities where necessary. We share data only where required for the purposes described or where there is a legal basis.
9. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for its purpose. Statutory commercial and tax retention duties remain unaffected. Technical access data is retained according to the actual hosting settings.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have the right to access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect (Article 7(3) GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The Bavarian Data Protection Supervisory Authority (BayLDA) is particularly relevant to our registered address: https://www.lda.bayern.de/ .
11. Encryption
The website is intended to be published using HTTPS encryption to protect transmission between your browser and our web server. The validity of the TLS certificate must be checked when the site goes live.
12. Changes
We will update this privacy policy if legal requirements or the services actually used change, particularly before integrating an embedded booking form.
